QDC disclosure acknowledgment and resignation
Public statement
As the sludge proposal became a major public issue, McCoy acknowledged that he should have kept fellow officials and residents better informed and resigned from the QDC board. His explanation was that he believed QDC confidentiality requirements limited what he could disclose.
